Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Terrence Ransom Sr., San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide restorative justice support as well as mentoring to at-risk students, and other services, each as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period of September 12, 2016 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
