Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an Intensive Pathway Case Manager, Jose Garcia, to work full-time teaching an art-based wellness class "Young Hawks" for most at-risk youth as well as case manage those students to increase their pass rate in all academic classes; provide trauma-informed training for staff as well as develop pathway aligned cultural activities that improve overall culture and climate and maintain a safe environment for everyone at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of February 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
