Approval by the Board of Education of a replacement or successor Playspace Partner Master Agreement by and between District and KABOOM! Inc., Bethesda, MD, enabling the District to collaborate with KABOOM! to install up to twenty (20) or more Playspaces at OUSD schools, which may include one or more of the following: play structures, youth sport courts, teaching gardens, murals, nature exploration areas, outdoor classrooms, trees and plants, and other schoolyard improvements, with location, project scope and details of each Playspace to be determined and agreed to in writing by the duly authorized representative of each party, effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029, with this Agreement terminating, replacing, succeeding the previous Playspace Partner Master Agreement (Legislative File No. 23-0457, Enactment No. 23-0290, February 23, 2023), for the term of February 23, 2023 through February 22, 2026.
