Title
Authorize the President and Secretary of the Board to enter into and execute Change Order No. 3 on behalf of the District to Construction Contract with Albay Construction, Martinez, CA, for the latter to remove and replace bench material at CDC area and credit back for material change; remove and replace door and threshold at dry rotted area at portables; relocate clock/speaker in room B-3; modify heater and fill elevator pit with pea gravel and various other items as described herein in conjunction with the Emerson Elementary School Modernization Project in the additional amount of $119,807.69, increasing the Agreement from $3,161,434.51 to $3,329,052.15. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
