Ratification by the Board of Education of an Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Next Generation Builders, LLC, Santa Rosa, CA, for the latter to provide construction services, which consist of installation services for the following locations: at the 32 Tree location, a DG pathway and patio at the TK area, a DG pathway and seating area in the garden/outdoor classroom area, and a DG pathway in the nature exploration area, for the Melrose Leadership Academy Site Improvement Project, as described in the proposal dated June 17, 2024, attached to the Agreement as Exhibit A, in the lump sum amount of $59,999.00, with the work commencing on July 31, 2024, and being completed by August 30, 2024.
