Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Master Contract 2025/26 by and between the District and Therapy Travelers dba Epic Special Education Staffing, El Segundo, CA, for the latter to provide Special Education services, stated in Agreement, required by a student's Individualized Education Program, by decreasing the amount by $700,000.00, reducing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $1,000,000.00 to $300,000.00, for the unchanged period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
