Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Bayview Environmental Services Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to continue cleanup and placement of the PCB-contaminated fire debris in closed containers to be stored on site until the waste is characterized by laboratory analysis and transported to the landfill facility; perform weekly inspections of the containers to check for leaks and conditions as required by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), for the Ralph J. Bunche Demolition Project, pursuant to the Resolution No. 2425-0132.1G, in an additional amount of $580,470.00 increasing the Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $41,440.00 to $621,910.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from September 12, 2025 to December 31, 2025 to April 11, 2026 (an additional one hundred (100) calendar days).
