Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Commercial Door Solutions, Napa, CA, for the latter to remove and dispose of the existing hydraulic edge of dock leveler and furnish and install one new mechanical edge of dock leveler with a 20,000-pound capacity and new bumpers in accordance with the approved proposal, restoring safe and reliable dock operations in support of Nutrition Services loading and delivery activities, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of February 25, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $4,600.00.
