Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental support services to the District, including the preparation of responses and reports for submission to the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), as well as additional environmental service, as outlined in the Proposal dated March 20, 2026, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $9,900.00, which includes a contingency fee of $900.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $110,897.00 to $120,797.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from May 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
