Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a National Center for Teacher Residencies (NCTR) Network Agreement by and between the District and NCTR, Chicago, Il, for the latter to provide ongoing support to teacher residency programs, including the Oakland Teacher Residency, through professional learning communities convened throughout the year; guidance and coaching to support high-quality programming aligned with research-based residency standards (NCTR Lever Practices); and the collection and analysis of data from stakeholders involved in the residency program to assess program efficacy in developing well-prepared educators, for the term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, unless sooner terminated under the terms of this Agreement, in a not-to-exceed amount of $16,500.00, via the Talent / Human Resources Department.
