Title: Approval by State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between District and Bay Area Community Resources, to provide additional Tutoring, Arts, Recreation, Leadership and Family Literacy activities for the site's Comprehensive After School Program in the capacity of the 21st CCLC Grant Lead Agency at Paul Robeson School of Visual and Performing Arts, for the period of August 27, 2008 through June 30, 2009, in an additional amount not to exceed $38,216.00, increasing the Agreement from $161,875.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $200,091.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
