Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between District and Studio Perez, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide additional design services during the construction phase beyond the scope anticipated under the original agreement in conjunction with the Redwood Heights Portable Addition Project in an additional amount not to exceed $1,476.30, increasing the Agreement from $10,000.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $11,476.00, and extending the end date from August 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
