Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Data Media Services, Inc., Stockton, CA, for the latter to upgrade the camera server, includes approval of PCO1, for the Claremont Middle School Security Improvement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,320.00, increasing the contract price from $129,000.00 to $137,320.00, and extending the term of the Agreement an additional 90 days, from August 29, 2024 to November 27, 2024 through February 25, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
