Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Lamphier-Gregory, Oakland, CA, for the latter to prepare a finalized Scope of Work and Contract document and submit the document to District staff for internal review, prepare a list of environmental impacts consistent with Appendix G of the CEQA guidelines, monitor and access air quality, greenhouse Gas emissions and energy, quantify existing noise levels, initial study other environmental topics required for a complete assessment as Basic Services including all work described in the July 3 I, 2021 Proposal attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Cole Administration Center Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $90,330.00, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on September 9, 2021, and scheduled to last until January 31, 2023.
