Title: Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Change Order No. 11 to Construction Contract with Albay Construction Co., Inc., Martinez, CA, for the latter to repair sewer, rainwater piping, safety fence, perimeter landscape grading, drainage tree service, trim auditorium light fixtures to hide gaps at 2 sides, provide auditorium lighting per engineer, remove plywood in tansom above doors, patch concrete at roof drain, install 3 new doors and hardware with vents, deduct cost of painting interior windows in auditorium, install two additional exterior wall-pack fixtures, mask, prime and finish coat tiles on first floor in the amount of $61,181.23 in conjunction with the Burckhalter Elementary School Modernization Project, increasing the Agreement from $2,644,220.92 to $2,706,039.15 and extending the end date by 60 additional days from October 13, 2004 to December 13, 2004. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
