Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract between the District and Margaret Dunlap, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 882 hours of service to support the following: 1) work with New Teacher Support Manager to identify teachers in need of classroom-management coaching; 2) recruits and provides for the training of Program coaches; 3) plans and implements workshops and seminars; 4) assigns coaches to participating teachers; 5) monitors and evaluates all training and coaching activities; 6) provides data and reports to the Manager of New Teacher Support and Development for purposes of analyzing and developing all program components 7) provides opportunities for teachers to attend trainings on the weekends and in the evenings; for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
