Approval by Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Consolidated Engineering Labs, San Ramon, CA, for the latter to provide testing and inspection services including moisture and density testing, observation of asphaltic concrete placement, field daily report review, and final summery letter of observations and testing, as described in Appendix A - Scope of Work, in conjunction with the Jefferson Elementary School Portable Replacement Project, for the period commencing May 14, 2008 and conluding no later than July 25, 2008 in amount not to exceed $5,065.00.
