Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Syserco, Inc., Fremont, CA, for the latter to provide continued program support services to include preventative maintenance software and cyber security updates utilizing the Allerton Biding Automation System (ABAS), as described in the Proposal dated March 11, 2024, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Service Support Program Project, in an additional total amount of $355,240.00, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $230,227.00 to $565,467.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027 (an additional 1,094 days). All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
