Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement by and between the District and Invo Healthcare Associates, LLC (Invo), Tampa, FL, for the latter to provide unchanged services, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, in an additional amount not to exceed $8,203,319.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $70,000.00 to $8,273.319.00, for the unchanged term of August 5, 2026 through June 30, 2029. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
