Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Prescott Circus Theatre, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide after-school performing arts enrichment programming for students at Piedmont Avenue Elementary School and Esperanza Elementary School, offering engaging, high-quality performing arts instruction up to two days per week, serving up to 20 students per class, up to 80 students, for a total of 240 hour of arts instruction, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 3, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
