Approval by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between the District and California Youth Outreach, for the latter to provide the services of a Youth Intervention Specialist in order to reduce absenteeism and truancy and dissuade students from participating in gang activities at school and in the surrounding community, for the period November 10, 2008 through June 11, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $10,200.00.
