Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1 to Construction Contract with Wickman Development and Construction, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to remove the dirt that contained high levels of clay and uncompatible substances and new sand had to be hauled in to use and the existing dirt has to be off hauled; fiber optic should be installed instead of CAT6 that is on contract documents, in conjunction with the Whittier Portable Installation Project, in the additional amount of $75,273.00, increasing the Agreement from $198,500.00 to $273,773.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
