Title
Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3 of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between Oakland Unified School District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to purchase services to enhance current comprehensive After School Program that serves approximately 100 students daily for Menu of Service Option H, Physical Fitness and Option I: Visual and Performing Arts at Alliance Academy for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 in the amount of $34,332.00, increasing the agreement from $129,911.00 to a not to exceed amount of $164,243.00. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
