Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide weekly virtual Martial Art Forms classes for all students TK-5, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita Community Elementary School, for the period of February 1, 2021 through May 21, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
