Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Service Agreement by and between the District and Sonja Biggs Education Services, Inc, Gilroy, CA, for the latter to continue to provide a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to complete legally mandated assessments and deliver services for students who have documented or suspected visual impairments; participate in IEP meetings, complete progress reports, maintain service logs, serve students; communicate with families, staff, and students, with direct services as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Special Education Department, extending the term of the Agreement from the period of August 14, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 in an unchanged amount not to exceed $49,500.00.
