Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Fresh Bakery Items Contract (RFP #22-135NS) by and between the District and The Bonami Baking Company, Pittsburg, CA, for the latter to provide baked goods for Nutrition Services Programs, exercising the second of two one-year options, renewing the Contract, reducing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement by $425,000.00, decreasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $900,000.00 to $475,000.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
