Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 22 to Construction Contract between District and Sierra Bay Contractors, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to reconcile for credit for the installation of interim housing; added concrete for streetlight work; replace damaged rebar cages for soundwall foundation and various other items as described herein in conjunction with the ASCEND Project in the amount of $526,629.00, increasing the Agreement from $13,868,493.00 to $14,395,122.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
