Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and School Solutions Collaborative, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 48 hours of service using PROCESS by assisting 9th grade Assistant Principal to develop agendas for cycles of inquiry and literacy strategies with 9th grade small learning community (SLC) teachers and leaders; provide Professional Development and meeting facilitation in accordance with these agendas; provide evaluation forms for feedbacks from participating staff, and debrief effectiveness of meetings with Oakland High leaders and Project Director of the SLC Program, and using CONTENT to introduce and train principal, lead teacher, and teachers on using the cycle of inquiry to improve classroom instruction, departmental and team practices, and school wide effectiveness and provide technical support in developing school wide literacy pedagogical strategies at Oakland High School, for the period November 1, 2011 through December 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $4,800.00.
