Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide newcomer student safety intervention and prevention program to increase attendance and graduation of newcomer students and, in addition to the work that is being done at 3 OUSD High Schools, the provider will be receiving referrals from the HS Network Supt. Office for all of the District high schools, for the period of September 2, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $90,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $60,000.00 to $150,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
