Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Waste Management of Alameda County, Inc., for the latter to provide solid waste handling, recycling, and composting services for the Solid Waste Handling & Recycling Services Project,
* in the amount of $3,675,000.00, for the term August 13, 2025, through June 30, 2026;
* with maintenance of the current rates, with no rate adjustment, for continuance of same services, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, for a not-to-exceed annual (one year) amount of $4,200,000.00 for said term, increasing the cumulative not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement to $7,875,000.00, for the term August 13, 2025, through June 30, 2027; and
* with a capped 4% rate adjustment applicable July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, increasing the not-to-exceed annual (one year) amount to $4,368,000.00,
