Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Kyle McClerkins, Hayward, CA, for the latter to introduce Restorative conversations to staff and parents through Parent Unity Circles and Educator Circles, which is the restorative justice circle process, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of August 2, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $10,250.00.
