Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Tiago J. Robinson, Pinole, CA, for the latter to provide 1,000 hours of service by working with the school administration on developing a system of intermediate consequences and alternatives to suspension, as part of the school's overall positive discipline plan; provide conflict mediation services to reduce the number of fights at school; provide case management services to a number of African American students at risk of not graduating; provide support to teachers in dealing with hard to reach students; and working with students and their families to assist students in utilizing existing academic and other support programs, at Oakland High School, for the period December 1, 2010 through June 16, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
