Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Special Inspection Services for Construction by and between the District and North American Technical Services, Inc., Modesto, CA, for the latter to provide special inspection services during off-site shop fabrication, for modular building and restroom portable, in compliance to the Division of the State Architect (DSA) requirements, and provide a Visual Inspection Report of In-Plant Inspection of on-site stockpiled buildings for general condition, limited tests for door and window operation and note any significant deficiencies, for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project, in a not-to-exceed amount of $14,900.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $4,000.00 for Additional Services, with the work scheduled to commence on September 28, 2023, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2024.
