Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide licensed or license eligible master's level mental health professionals to conduct individual assessments; develop treatment plans which proscribe treatment interventions and provide therapeutic support throughout the day in the form of individual, group and crisis intervention; offer consultation and outreach to teachers and parents; provide intervention specialist who provides both in class and out of classroom support in the form of therapeutic activities, which address targeted areas, specified in the treatment plan including conflict resolution and social skill development; consultation and collaboration with classroom teachers and site administrators around classroom and school behavioral management at Laurel Elementary School, for the period December 6, 2009 through June 17, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
