Discussion and possible approval by the Measure G1 Districtwide Teacher Retention and Middle School Improvement Act Oversight Commission, of its disapproval of the Proposed Expenditures for Measure G1 Surplus, as delineated in attached Exhibit A, incorporated by reference as though fully set forth, and transmission of a Letter to the Board of Education of its reasons therefor, along with recommendations for alternative use subject to further consideration and recommendation by the Commission.
