Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and Citizens Schools, Redwood City, CA, altering the latter's Scope of Work, to provide services in a manner consistent with local shelter-in-place orders as outlined in attached COVID Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the After School Program at Westlake Middle School, for the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, at a cost not to exceed $134,463.00 (no increased cost). All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
