Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bay Area Urban Debate Commission, Oakland, CA, for the latter to add debate education at Coliseum College Preparatory High School; increase services in January to include 14 more sessions across the following sites: Oakland Technical High School, Castlemont High School, Fremont High School and Edna Brewer Middle School; engage students in programs at least once a week for an hour; offer students the opportunity to participate in local and regional competitions, as well as participate in career development engagement with successful professionals in the legal industry, for the unchanged term of September 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $22,632.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $37,048.00 to $59,680.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
