Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Community Options for Families & Youth, Pleasant Hill, CA, for the latter to provide a counseling intern who will support students referred by teachers and/or parent/guardians by providing weekly individual and small group counseling sessions to designated students and other services, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term October 1, 2015 through June 9, 2016, at Burckhalter Elementary School, in an amount not to exceed $18,000.00.
