Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services for the Markham Elementary School Boys Toilet Room Renovation Project, as detailed in the proposal dated July 21, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $823.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $7,832.00 to $8,655.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
