Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Kitchen Guard of SF/Heredia, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide maintenance services for kitchen hood cleaning and fire protection systems at designated school sites, approximately 55 sites, with services including hood cleaning, i.e., cleaning of all hoods in site kitchens, including removal of grease buildup, cleaning of filters, and cleaning of exhaust ducts to maintain proper ventilation and fire safety, with all debris removed from a site, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $39,932.00.
