Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and KEMA Services, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement a commissioning plan, perform a review of the CD documents, provide commissioning specifications, assemble a systems manual, and prepare a final report and record, and, approximately nine to eleven months after occupancy, complete a site review of the systems previously commissioned to verify operational performance with the attached proposal incorporated into the contract to the extent that it is subordinate to and not inconsistent with the contract terms in conjunction with the Laurel CDC Building Replacement Project for the period commencing May 27, 2010 and concluding no later than December 31, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $26,730.00.
