Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Baseline Engineering, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide civil engineering needed for the repaving of the main drive, front parking area, basketball and tennis courts in conjunction with the Skyline High School Paving Project for the period commencing February 18, 2005 and concluding upon completion of the desired services described therein, but not later than September 18, 2005 in an amount not to exceed $57,300.00.
