Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and UpFront Interpreting, Alamo, CA, for the latter to provide: additional interpreter(s) needed for OUSD employees that are Deaf and hard-of-hearing to ensure effective interaction between students, staff, and families, for the unchanged term of July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $100,000.00 ,increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
