Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with ZG Planning and Design, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to develop, scope and provide architectural and engineering services including design, agency approval, construction administration and closeout in conjunction with the Highland Small Schools Project for the period commencing on April 25, 2005 and concluding upon completion of desired services described herein, but no later than January 31, 2007 in an amount not-to-exceed $81,800.00.
