Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Resolution No. 0405-0135 - Award of Bid and Construction Contract with West Bay Builders, Novato, CA, for the latter to to demolish all existing floors, roof, and restrooms, and install lighting, electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning unit, fire alarm system, carpeting, landscape the site, renovate classrooms including new walls, and other construction services described therein in conjunction with the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project for the period commencing May 16, 2005 and ending August 21, 2006 in an amount not-to-exceed $6,405,000.00.
