Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 5, Agreement Between the Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Bay Construction, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services, including the installation of an intrusion alarm motion detector in Administration Building D and Office D7, as outlined in PCO No. 7 for approval, as part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, in the additional amount of $3,374.65, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,127,955.49 to $1,131,330.14 and the unchanged term May 25, 2022 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
