Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Lincoln, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide nine hours of daily summer academic support and enrichment to OUSD students who are in need of summer services to counter summer learning loss; program activities based on youth development quality standards; work collaboratively with District Summer Learning and provide related services, perform tasks as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Summer Learning Program at West Oakland Middle School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period June 15, 2026 through July 24, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $29,853.60.
