Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Refugee & Immigrant Transitions, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide three days of daytime mentorship support - interpretation and translation assistance for Mam and Spanish-speaking students, families, and school staff; school-day mentorship with a focus on attendance, grades, family resources, and other adjustments to life in Oakland so students remain on-track for graduation. Targeted outreach to increase newcomer student participation in college, career, and post-secondary activities and resources - for newcomer students at Castlemont High School, for the period of August 13, 2026 through September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
