Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Professional Services Contract between District and Valerie Berthiaume, Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 190 hours of service to support the After School Program; administer a pre-assessment; plan daily lessons; assess student learning every two weeks via Edusoft standards; communicate student academic progress with classroom teachers and after school tutors and parents; tutor six 4th grade and six 5th grade students during After School Program daily from 3:00pm-4:30pm October 1, 2010 through June 17, 2010; attend bi-monthly meetings with administration to present and discuss evidence about student learning, for the period October 1, 2009 through June 25, 2010, in an additional amount of $9,500.00, increasing the Contract from a not to exceed amount of $33,200.00 to $42,700.00. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect.
