Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Contractor (Consultant) Agreement Under $87,700, between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a program coordinator for core playground games, sports, skill building activities, coaching practices and games, the development of positive conflict resolution procedures, and development of a junior coach leadership program, as a mitigation measure to limit impact of the construction in conjunction with the Whittier Expansion - New Construction Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, commencing March 23, 2017 and concluding no later than June 1, 2017, in an amount not-to exceed $11,000.00.
